Complaints and domain abuse reports

RegistryGate strives to offer the best possible service quality to all of its customers. If you are still unhappy with our services or want to inform us about domain abuse, please contact our customer service representative or domain abuse analyst. If you're still unsatisfied and would like to file an escalated complaint please read on. We assure you a thorough investigation of your request.

How do I file a formal complaint?

If you are unhappy with a response from our support team you can file a formal complaint. All complaints should be addressed to our customer service representative.

What happens next?

As soon as our customer service representative or domain abuse analyst has received your complaint you will receive a confirmation within 2 working days. We will thoroughly investigate your complaint and will reply to you within 10 working days. In case the situation requires a longer investigation we will inform you when you can expect a solution. Your complaint will be saved to have a better understanding of amount and type of customer complaints.

What if I'm unhappy with your reply?

If you are unhappy with the reply of our customer service representative or domain abuse analyst you have 20 working days to file an escalated complaint starting from the day you received a reply from us. If we don't receive an escalated complaint within 20 working days we consider the case to have been resolved.

If you would like to file an escalated complaint please include details about your initial complaint and the reasons why you are still unsatisfied.

Please also include the following information:

  • Your name and contact data
  • The domain name(s) in question
  • A detailed explanation of your problem or reason for your complaint
  • How you expect us to solve the problem
